Issues with Delivery

  • Lost or stolen package:

Additional Information

  • Duties & Taxes: Rare, but the buyer is responsible if applicable
  • Order Cancellations: Accepted within 1 hour of placing your order
  • Damaged Packages: Contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photo evidence — we’ll arrange a refund or replacement
