Return Eligibility
We accept returns for:
- Full-priced, non-personalized items
- Items returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items in original condition, unworn, and in original packaging
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized, engraved, or custom-made pieces
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items returned without prior approval from our support team
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email info@hanoura.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending anything
- Ship the item back using a trackable method (at your cost)
Please do not return items to the sender address on the package — it is not our return facility.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order number. We'll be happy to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
