Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:

  • Full-priced, non-personalized items
  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items in original condition, unworn, and in original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made pieces
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  • Email info@hanoura.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending anything
  • Ship the item back using a trackable method (at your cost)

Please do not return items to the sender address on the package — it is not our return facility.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order number. We'll be happy to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
